E2 Projects
This section will display individual project cards for E2 Development and E2 Preservation initiatives. Each card will include dedicated fields for Project Name, Neighborhood / Location, Property Type, Project Status, Units (where applicable), Scope, Short Description, and high-resolution Photography. Project statuses identified in this framework include COMPLETED, ACTIVE, IN DEVELOPMENT, PREDEVELOPMENT, and PIPELINE.
Principal Experience
The Principal Experience block provides a professional record of historical project leadership. Each portfolio entry will detail the Project Name, Neighborhood / Location, Property Type, Units, Scope, and a descriptive summary, accompanied by project documentation. All entries will be categorized by their lifecycle status—ranging from PIPELINE and PREDEVELOPMENT to IN DEVELOPMENT, ACTIVE, and COMPLETED.
